The fastest way to reach us is [email protected]. We're a small team, so replies aren't instant, but we do read and respond to every message.
If something isn't working — a game won't load, analysis gets stuck, a puzzle looks wrong — email us with the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and (if it's about a specific game) the chess.com or Lichess username or game link. That's usually enough for us to reproduce and fix it.
Most of what's been added to See The Mate started as a message from someone using it. If there's a feature missing that would genuinely improve your games or your practice, tell us — we can't promise everything gets built, but we read all of it.
Puzzles are pulled from Lichess's open puzzle database. If you spot one that looks mislabeled or broken, let us know which puzzle it was (the position or approximate time you saw it) and we'll look into it.
